​The registration fees are $400 for students, $550 for regular attendees, $150 for virtual attendees, and $200 for Indy Zoo/workshop day only attendees before October 24, 2025. A late registration fee of $100 will be added after this date.

Transportation

The Go Express airport shuttle takes you directly from the Indianapolis (IND) international airport directly to the Biddle Hotel at the Indiana Memorial Union. The cost is $33 each way. Reservation link can be found here.

Accommodation

​

The conference hotel is the Biddle Hotel at the Indiana Memorial Union. The negotiated rate is $159 for double queen and single king rooms and $119 for single queen rooms.
